OHRA is operating the Ashland Extreme Weather Shelter for the rest of the season.

The City manager has declared a severe weather emergency and has authorized the opening of an emergency shelter from March 9th through the morning of March 11th. 

The severe weather shelter will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. at 599 E. Main Street. The doors will close for the night at 9 p.m. with lights out at 10 p.m. This is a no-frills shelter, which means individuals should plan on providing their own bedding. Well behaved pets are welcome.
